2026 Sponsorship Levels

We accept sponsorship donations (1) via check - payable to SCRCHA
-OR-
(2) via Zelle - payable to scrchaboard@gmail.com

  • Sponsor shall be designated as a Title Sponsor during each show conducted and planned by SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by SCRCHA in the arena during all SCRCHA shows. Sponsors may supply their own banner, if desired.

    • Space provided for additional Sponsor supplied banner(s)

    • Vendor space provided for Sponsor at shows at no charge

    • Recognition as a Title Sponsor with company name and logo on SCRCHA website with link to Sponsor's website

    • Family membership in SCRCHA for the 2024 calendar year

    • Use of SCRCHA logo permitted in Sponsor's advertisements

    • Public announcement recognition as a Title Sponsor throughout shows

    • Title Sponsor will be the year-long sponsor and be given recognition with their name or logo and company name appearing on the "Official Standings" page of the SCRCHA website

  • The sponsor shall be designated as a Platinum Sponsor during each of our shows conducted and planned by the SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by SCRCHA in the arena during all SCRCHA shows. Sponsors may supply their own banner, if desired.

    • Space provided for additional Sponsor supplied banner(s)

    • Vendor space provided for Sponsor at shows at no charge

    • Recognition as Platinum Sponsor with company name and logo on SCRCHA website with link to Sponsor's website

    • Family membership in SCRCHA for the 2024 calendar year

    • Use of SCRCHA logo permitted in Sponsor's advertisements

    • Public announcement recognition as a Platinum Sponsor throughout shows

  • The sponsor shall be designated as a Gold Sponsor during each of our shows conducted and planned by the SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by SCRCHA in the arena during all SCRCHA shows. Sponsors may supply their own banner, if desired.

    • Space provided for additional sponsor supplied banner(s)

    • Vendor space provided at shows at no charge

    • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor with company name and logo on SCRCHA website with link to Sponsor's website

    • Family Membership in SCRCHA for the 2024 calendar year

    • Use of SCRCHA logo permitted in Sponsor's advertisements

    • Public announcement recognition as a Gold Sponsor throughout shows

  • The sponsor shall be designated as a Silver Sponsor during each of our shows conducted and planned by the SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by SCRCHA in the arena during all SCRCHA shows. Sponsors may supply their own banner if desired.

    • Space provided for additional Sponsor supplied banner(s)

    • Recognition as a Silver sponsor with company name and logo on SCRCHA website with a link to the Sponsor's website

    • Family Membership in SCRCHA for the 2024 calendar year

    • Vendor space provided at shows at no charge

    • Use of SCRCHA logo permitted in sponsor's advertisements

    • Public announcement recognition as a Silver Sponsor throughout shows

  • The sponsor shall be designated as a Bronze Sponsor during each of our shows conducted and planned by the SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by Sponsor displayed during all SCRCHA shows

    • Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor with company name and logo on the SCRCHA website with link to Sponsor's website

    • Public announcement recognition as a Bronze Sponsor throughout shows

  • The sponsor shall be designated as a Pewter Sponsor during each of our shows conducted and planned by the SCRCHA. This sponsorship level shall include:

    • Banner supplied by Sponsor displayed during all SCRCHA shows

    • Recognition as a Pewter sponsor with company name and logo on the SCRCHA website with link to Sponsor's website

    • Public announcement recognition as a Pewter Sponsor throughout shows

  • • Sponsors buckle year end award.

In addition to the above levels, SCRCHA can customize sponsorship. Contact a sponsorship point person if you are interested in providing products and/or services in lieu of a monetary sponsorship.
